Maintenance Software
Sounds Aero Maintenance has recently
installed Takeflite
software to manage and track all facets of our business, from
aircraft maintenance tracking, to engineer duty times, to
managing inventory in stock.
While significantly streamlining our business, there are many
advantages to the customer, some of which are detailed
below:
- Remote loading by the
customer of aircraft hours flown using the
internet.
- Instant and up to date
tracking of hours to next inspection.
- Quick and easy reports on
hours flown, maintenance due, and many others.
Click below for
screenshots of Takeflite screens and example reports.
Screenshot of Maintenance schedule for C172. Items can be tracked by Date, Airframe Hours, Engine Hours (e.g TSO, TSN etc), Landings or Cycles.
Forecasts for future maintenance can be called up for any combination of the above. A quick summary of TAT, Engine Hours, and next inspection details is displayed in the top window for all aircraft.
Data entry window for loading flight details. These can be added daily, or for private operators, may be added in bulk e.g. weekly, monthly etc. The great thing about this system, is you can load this data from any location. eg. If you are based in Kaikoura, the details can be added from there, and both you and the maintenance provider (or any one else who has your login) can view details of hours to run etc.
Maintenance Schedule report generated by Takeflite software. Can be generated in Pdf or Xcel spreadsheet format.
Report of daily flight hours. This is a very useful report for viewing TAT at any given date, or for totaling hours flown between certain dates.
